Get clearer on what matters to you, what you are good at and where you are most likely to thrive.
Understand the value you bring — your credibility, relevance, fit and motivation — and how to communicate it.
Turn greater clarity into practical action, build the right relationships and create a route towards what comes next.
Define what success actually means to you, so you pursue what genuinely matters, rather than chasing someone else’s version of it.
The questions remain the same throughout your career. The answers change as you do.

Navigating Your Next: Discover the Career You Want and the Path to Get There is my internationally bestselling book. I wrote it to help you define what you really want from your career, and to give you a practical route towards it.
“Careers don’t stall because people lack talent — they stall because they lack clarity. Navigating Your Next provides a highly pragmatic, disciplined, easy to use framework to assess reality, sharpen direction, and act decisively. Bravo! A great read!”
You do not need to have read the book before attending one of the webinars.
