Much like elite athletes and performers, high performance requires disciplined focus and mastery. The most effective leaders and teams get coached by elite coaches who have been in their situations and can provide a blend of coaching, mentoring and advice. For more than two decades I have helped executives achieve their individual and collective goals by systematically turning confusion into clarity and action. I understand how human beings behave, how human systems work, and how complex, high paced businesses operate.
I have spent the last five years designing an accelerated program of skill and mindset development working with some of the best minds in leadership development in Silicon Valley, the coaching community, and several university partners. I deliver the best coaching experience to drive success in your career.
My approach focuses on self-awareness, tangible objectives, alignment, and productive action for faster goal achievement to achieve potential. I utilize a unique coaching methodology that combines insights from systems thinking, neuroscience, psychology, and high-performance training with over 25 years of executive experience.
I select ten mid-career executive leaders (typically at the Senior Vice President level) to work with each year. Together, we understand what your reality looks like, identify your highest priority developmental gaps, build a radically focused developmental plan, and learn new skills, habits, and behaviors to deliver your success in an accelerated timeframe.
The “Ten” meet with me individually to focus on developmental goals and collectively for masterclasses and group discussions. Our sessions provide a confidential environment for you to confront real-world hurdles while strategically preparing for future opportunities. Together we craft a program depending on your individual needs, challenges, and aspirations.
